Audiovisual production from one shop in Etobicoke
Future’s Past Events is an audiovisual and event production company at 25 Viking Lane in Etobicoke, in Toronto’s west end. For over 20 years the team has supplied the sound, video, lighting, staging and décor behind corporate meetings and conferences, galas and award nights, hybrid broadcasts and private celebrations across the Greater Toronto Area.
The shop, the inventory and the crew all work out of the same address, and we rent the same equipment we run on our own shows. Two members of the team inspect and test everything that goes out and everything that comes back. You can rent it on its own, or have us design the system, install it, run it through the event and take it away afterwards.
The work runs from a first birthday in Oakville to three years of IBX Services’ client appreciation gala at The Eglinton Grand, and from a hockey championship on the ice in Clarington to a research day streamed to presenters who were never in the room. Sound, picture, light, stage and décor designed together, around the room and the budget.

Every piece inspected before it leaves the shop, then set up and tested on site before doors.
