Christmas Party

IBX Services' holiday gala dinner at Atlantis, the glass pavilion on the water at Ontario Place, with the downtown skyline and the CN Tower in every window. Around two dozen rounds filled the hall.

The stage carried a live band under an overhead truss grid with lighting fixtures and a speaker, flanked by white plinths. A projection screen above the stage showed the band live on camera, so the back tables saw the guitarist's hands as clearly as the front; a second screen carried the IBX logo. Audio, lighting and video ran from a control position at the back of the room, the crew on headsets.

Blue and lavender uplighting washed the drapes, amber light warmed the swagged panels across the windows, and tall feather centrepieces glowed from LED bases in pink, lavender and blue. Carnival dancers in feathered headdresses worked the room and posed at the IBX photo wall.

We also produced IBX Services' Client Appreciation Night in the same pavilion, and three of its galas at The Eglinton Grand.
