Corporate Audio Visual Services in Toronto

Corporate Event Production Services

The difference between something good and something spectacular is in the attention to detail!

Nowhere is this truer than in the planning of your next Corporate Conference, AGM, or an in-person Corporate Event.

As a premier Audiovisual Event Company based in the Greater Toronto Area, our standards dictate that we get it right the first time!

Whether it be live or a Corporate Event Online we will meet and exceed your needs with our ability to manage and fulfil events of any stripe.

This work ethic has afforded us our longevity in this exciting, competitive, and unique Corporate Events industry.

This successful strategy stems from meticulous front work and attention to the minutiae.

Systems are in place to ensure that there are no surprises on show day, and we follow these tried and true methods to the letter.

We merge technological innovation with subtle “clean line design” ingenuity, and the result is a consistently seamless worry-free experience.

What a corporate event needs from us

Conferences, AGMs, town halls, product launches, sponsor dinners and client appreciation galas look different from the floor, but the work underneath is usually the same list:

  • A lectern and podium microphones that pick up every speaker, and wireless handhelds for questions from the floor.
  • Delegate gooseneck microphones at every seat when the meeting is round a boardroom table.
  • Projection screens or LED walls sized for the back row, and confidence monitors so presenters can see their slides without turning round.
  • Stage decks with skirting, drape, and lighting that makes the stage and the speakers look right — in the room and on camera.
  • Cameras for a recording, for image magnification on the big screen, or for a hybrid stream to the people who could not attend.

How we run it

  1. A free assessment. We start with what the event has to achieve and who will be in the room, and choose the equipment from there — not the other way round. It is also how the budget goes where it counts.
  2. The venue. Power, sightlines, load-in and the room's own equipment all shape the plan before it is final.
  3. Set up and test. Everything is installed and tested before doors open.
  4. Rehearse. We run through the programme with the speakers, so microphones, slides and walk-ons are settled before the audience arrives.
  5. The show. Our crew stays on site for the whole event.
  6. Strike. We take everything down and remove it afterwards.

For multi-room conferences, each breakout presenter tells us beforehand what their session needs, so every room is built to its programme rather than to a template. And where a meeting needs staging, pipe and drape or décor as well as AV, we coordinate them with partners we work with regularly, so there is still one team to deal with.

Corporate events we have produced

  • IBX Services — the Client Appreciation Gala at The Eglinton Grand three years running, and earlier IBX evenings at Atlantis, Ontario Place. In IBX's words: "Corporate galas with 800 attendees can be stressful and your company took the stress out of the A/V portion of the function."
  • UHN — the Third Annual Toronto Lung Oncology Research Day, with the University of Toronto, run as a hybrid event at Vantage Venues.
  • Tiron Contracting — the company's golf tournaments at Nobleton Lakes, which have kept them coming back to us for more than five years.
  • ACE — the Albanian Canadian Excellence 2017 Awards Gala at Château Le Jardin.

Corporate questions

Is the first assessment free?
Yes. Call or send the form and we will talk through the event, the venue and what it needs to achieve before anything is quoted.
Can you be our single contact for staging, drape and décor as well as AV?
Yes. We coordinate those with partners we work with regularly, so you deal with one team rather than several vendors.
How do you keep the AV within budget?
We start from what the event has to achieve and put the spending there first, rather than starting from an equipment list.
Can you record or stream our meeting?
Yes. We record sessions and stream them to remote attendees, and a hybrid event can take questions from people online as well as in the room.
Will someone from your team be there during the event?
Yes. On a production our crew stays on site from setup through to strike.
