Event Production in Toronto

Future's Past Events works out of 25 Viking Lane in Etobicoke — inside the City of Toronto, in its west end. Most of the galas, conferences and hybrid broadcasts in our portfolio were built on this side of the city, and several of the venues below have had us back more than once.

Everything we install comes from our own inventory rather than a third-party rental house, so a Toronto date is a question of crew and schedule. On-site technicians can stay through the show where the room needs them, and the equipment list is the same one we rent out on its own.

Where we have worked in Toronto

The four Toronto rooms below are four different problems. Vantage Venues is a conference floor partway up an office tower on King Street West, so everything arrives by elevator. Liberty Grand and The Eglinton Grand are older buildings converted into event spaces, with the rigging points and sightlines that come with that. Atlantis sits on the water at Ontario Place. Three of the four have had us back more than once.

Which Toronto venues have you worked in?
The Eglinton Grand on Eglinton Avenue West, Liberty Grand at Exhibition Place, Atlantis at Ontario Place, and Vantage Venues at 150 King Street West. Each one is a case study in our portfolio rather than a name on a list.
Can you produce a hybrid or streamed event in Toronto?
Yes. UHN's hybrid event and a full virtual studio build were both produced at Vantage Venues on King Street West.
Do you rent equipment without crew?
Yes. The rental inventory is listed under Rentals, and on-site technical support is a separate decision from the equipment itself.
