Client Appreciation Gala

A Client Appreciation Gala for IBX Services, in a banquet-hall ballroom with a parquet dance floor at its centre.

The room was lit cool: blue and cyan uplighting around every wall, and tall crystal candelabras on each table glowing purple from their bases, over gold-and-grey lace overlays and ivory chair covers.

The band stage stood against a wall of gold sequin curtain, with the IBX logo on a clear acrylic lectern at the front for the speeches. The music came in two sets — a Beatles tribute four-piece, and a jazz group with saxophones, stage piano and upright bass — and we provided the stage sound for both: speakers on stands at the edge of the dance floor, monitors on the deck, and microphones on the vocals and the amplifiers.

IBX Services' gala has since been held at The Eglinton Grand, and we produced it there in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
