Client Appreciation Night

IBX Services' client appreciation night at Atlantis, the glass pavilion at Ontario Place, with the CN Tower and the skyline across the water. The room was dressed in red and black: red uplighting on every drape around the glass walls, black linens and chair covers, red napkins and gold candelabras.

At the front, a low white riser with black skirting carried a clear acrylic lectern with the IBX Services logo, flanked by lit white plinths bearing the same logo and glowing red spheres. A projection screen above the stage showed the IBX logo and sponsor slides, and during the speeches it carried the speaker live from a camera on a tripod, so every table saw the podium up close.

Outside, the IBX logo was projected onto the building itself, over the water, where guests arriving along the waterfront saw it first.

The music was a harp, a grand piano with a singer, and an upright bass. IBX Services also brought its holiday gala to the same pavilion.
